Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Modway has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their growing accounting team.


Prepares accurate cash receipts and reconcile deposits
Review Accounts Receivable aging and assists in the follow up on past due accounts
Assist the team in the monitoring of the collections of payments from customers over the credit limit
Accomplish accounting and organization projects by completing related duties as needed.


2+ years of dedicated accounts receivable experience
Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business discipline preferred
Experience using accounts receivable ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Dependable with excellent interpersonal skill
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with internal and  external teams
Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous   projects with minimal supervision
Experience working independently, within cross-functional teams, in a   collaborative, professional environment
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Reliability, dependability, and strong motivation to respond to requests on a timely basis
Customer Service Representative

Our growing organization is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in East Windsor, New Jersey. If you are an enthusiastic individual who enjoys the challenge of listening and helping customers resolve their concerns Modway has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team at the Corporate office located in East Windsor, New Jersey.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Answers incoming customers call regarding product delivery, product specifications, and general customer concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Update customer information in the customer service database
Resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
Following the process, while exhibiting efficient workplace productivity and time management.

Experience and Competencies:

2 Years experience in a call center or relevant environment a must.
Experience using Customer Service Management Database.
Working in a high-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience delivering results, possessing a positive work ethic, and dependable.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Assistant Warehouse Manager

Our growing organization is currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our Warehouse Operations team in our facility located in East Windsor. The candidate will ensure that products are received and shipped according to schedule to meet the customer's requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares schedules, coordinates, and evaluates the daily work of warehouse Machine Operators and Material Handlers.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Setsgoals and objectives of teams. Develops solutions when problems are identified.
Accountable for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of a specific warehouse operation.
Tracking and approving time and attendance for employees and temporary help.
Evaluating work performance and assisting in skill development.
Adhering to the compliance of all operational and safety procedures.
Coordinating the incoming inventory, which includes receipt, re-pack, and put away.
Ensuring correct replacements and hardware are prepared and shipped out.
Completes special projects or tasks assigned.


Must have 5 or more years of proven Warehouse hands-on experience managing warehouse associates.
Knowledge of the safety and operational documentation processes for handling related warehouse activities
Experience in managing metrics using a Warehouse Management System
Must have hands-on experience operating a cherry picker; certification in forklift training a plus.
Should have excellent leadership and administration skills and abilities
Strong motivational skills and effectual team building and decision making
Should be mechanically inclined.
Ability to effectively manage time, resolve crises, and decision making
Ability to efficiently resolve issues in partnership with customer service, sales, and shipping internal partners.
Must be available to work occasional weekends and overtime during peak season.
Fluent English/Spanish a must
MS Excel/Word experience desired
